Pecanwood Estate Golf and Country Club is a 255-hectare estate on the Hartbeespoort dam, framed by the Magaliesberg and built around an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus signature course. The golf, the country club and the homes sit on one property.

The estate has direct dam frontage and a private marina, so boats go in from inside rather than from a public launch. The clubhouse carries a pub and a pro shop, and there are tennis courts and walking trails. Access is controlled around the clock, and the Pecanwood HOA runs the estate.

Visitors are signed in by the resident or business they are visiting, so arrange your visit ahead of time. The gatehouse will ask who you are seeing plus your ID, and pre-arranged visitors move through fastest.

Is the golf course open to people who don’t live here?
