Xanadu Nature Estate is set on 240 hectares of indigenous bushveld with a natural wetland. Impala, nyala, springbok, blesbok and black wildebeest live on the estate, and 280 bird species have been recorded here, which residents can watch from four bird hides. The Eco Committee runs an annual bird count.
