Integrity. Excellence. Compassion. The Islands Medical is a multidisciplinary health and wellness practice at The Islands Centre on the R512 at Hartbeespoort.
Their mission is to enhance the wellbeing of the community through exceptional healthcare delivered with compassion, and they invest in modern equipment and technology so that a range of treatments can be done accurately and comfortably in one place.

Dr Andre van Greuning, Dr Leon F. Nel and Dr Khushboo Tewari.
More than a consulting room
Minor surgery and small procedures, stress ECGs and medicals, screenings, immunisations and routine check-ups, and ongoing care for chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and asthma.
Integrative and functional medicine
Auto-immune conditions, adrenals and energy, food sensitivities and allergies, ADD and ADHD, and DNA and nutrigenomic testing.
Gynaecology
Dr Peter Koll, specialist gynaecologist, with a special interest in menopause and laparoscopic surgery.
Diagnostic ultrasound
Caroline van Graan, sonographer, does a range of ultrasound examinations. Antenatal scans are not part of the service.
A full dental list
Dr Mauritz van den Heever does family and restorative dentistry, whitening, oral hygiene, crowns, bridges, implants, root canals, adult orthodontics, veneers, sedation and cosmetic dentistry.
Physiotherapy
Danel Stoltz treats sports injuries, back and neck pain, headaches and whiplash, postural problems, pre- and post-surgical conditions, arthritis and joint pain, scar tissue and chest conditions.
