Welcome to Danel Stoltz Physiotherapy. Based in Hartbeespoort, we are dedicated to helping you move better, feel stronger and live pain free. Whether you are recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, rehabilitating a sports injury, or seeking respiratory care for your child, we are here to support your journey to better health and wellbeing.

Danel Stoltz qualified as a physiotherapist in 2015 and brings over ten years of clinical experience to her patients. She has worked in several hospitals, including Life Eugene Marais Hospital and Netcare Pretoria East Hospital, where she gained extensive experience in orthopaedics, neurosurgery and post operative rehabilitation.

Danel has a special interest in treating spinal conditions, including back and neck pain, as well as sports injury rehabilitation. She is also passionate about chest physiotherapy and enjoys helping both adults and babies recover from respiratory conditions.

As a dedicated mother of two girls, Danel understands the importance of compassionate, patient centred care and strives to help every patient return to the activities they love. She has been an active member of the Hartbeespoort community for over five years, and is involved with the schools, frail cares and old age homes in town.

Post operative rehabilitation

Tailored programmes including gentle mobilisation, strengthening exercises and pain management strategies to restore function after surgery.

Lung conditions and chest physiotherapy

Treatment aimed at improving respiratory function and managing lung health, for adults and for babies.

Sinus treatment and headaches

Physiotherapeutic approaches to alleviate sinus problems and promote better breathing, and targeted work for headache symptoms.

Dry needling, taping and training programmes

Dry needling into trigger points to relieve muscle pain, specialised taping that supports an injured area while allowing full range of motion, and customised training programmes built around individual rehabilitation goals.
