With a scoping conversation. If we look like a fit, we run a discovery phase grounded in your operation before proposing anything.
Do you replace our existing ERP?
Almost never. We integrate with it, then rebuild the parts where it fails: grading, dispatch, grower payments, compliance evidence.
Who owns what we pay you to build?
You do. Code, data and infrastructure. Documented, portable handovers are standard.
How does Wald handle POPIA?
By design. Data residency, access controls and audit trails are baked in from the first sprint, not bolted on for compliance reviews.
