Marelize Le Roux, Founder and Principal Attorney

Marelize obtained her LLB from North-West University, Potchefstroom in 2010 and was admitted as an Attorney in 2013. She has extensive experience in High Court and Magistrates Court litigation, Criminal Law, Family Law, Deceased Estates, Law of Costs and Conveyancing, and was admitted as a Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa after discovering her passion for property law in 2021.

Talita Moller, Attorney

Talita obtained her LLB from UNISA in 2022 and was admitted as an Attorney in 2026. She has worked full time in a general-practice law firm in Hartbeespoort since 2017, and has extensive knowledge of property transfers and general litigation.

Deceased Estates

Compassionate and efficient administration of estates, ensuring full compliance with the Master’s requirements and protecting your loved ones’ interests. Whether you were appointed as executor in a will or your loved one died without a will, we can assist you, from reporting the estate to the Master through to paying the beneficiaries. The executor’s fee is prescribed by law, currently 3.5% of the gross assets of the estate, and we are open to negotiating it based on the value of the estate.
