From a bar in 2018 to seven pool tables
We are a sports bar, restaurant and guest lodge on the R104 at Zandfontein, on the Damdoryn side of the dam. We opened our doors in 2018 as a bar and have grown into a sports bar with seven pool tables, and we are proud to host the North West League players.
Come in for our pizza and stay for the game. We have pool tables and run pool competitions, dart boards, a golf machine, gaming machines and big screen TVs for the sport, plus a dance floor with the best sound in town and a view over our gardens.
If you want to make a weekend of it, our accommodation starts at R650 a night for two people, with daily, weekly and monthly stays and contractor rates. The venue is available for functions.
As we reflect on our journey since opening Tropicanaโs doors in 2018, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible support we have received from our amazing customers. From humble beginnings as a bar to evolving into a vibrant sports bar with seven pool tables, we have been fortunate to share this growth with all of you.
We are honoured to host the North West League players, who have become like family to us: a wonderful group of people who bring energy, camaraderie and joy to our establishment. We have made unforgettable friendships and memories along the way, and we are deeply thankful for everyoneโs loyalty, encouragement and patronage.
