our story
Why I founded HR Expert Solutions
We are an HR, accounting and compliance practice in Hartbeespoort, and we look after both sides of a business at once: the people and the numbers.
On the finance side we keep your books, run your payroll, prepare your accounts, handle audits, register companies and file your returns with SARS, CIPC and COID. On the people side we write the policies, handbooks and salary structures a growing team needs, recruit and onboard, manage performance, and handle employee relations when something has to be worked out.
We work with small and growing businesses, and we work in Afrikaans and English.
I did not build HR Expert Solutions out of a corporate textbook. I built it because I lived through the exact failures I now fix.
Before launching this firm I saw what happens when corporate structures value power over people. I saw workplaces where employees were silenced, where mistreatment, favouritism and nepotism were ignored, and where compliance was used as a tool for fear rather than as protection.
I refused to let those experiences harden into silent frustration. I turned them into a purpose. HR Expert Solutions was born out of a demand for justice, accountability and responsible business growth. Compliance should not overwhelm a team or bankrupt a business. It should be a safeguard that protects both the business and the people driving it.
You cannot look at HR and finance in a vacuum, so we built one partner for both. We fuse people strategy with financial discipline and deliver HR, accounting, payroll, compliance and tax under one roof, from complex workplace relations to company registrations and statutory filing, without the inflated corporate price tags.
